Generally young homosexuals and heterosexuals are attracted to their peers as well as adults. Notice posters of good looking famous people on their walls.

The double standards of it all seems unfair that one can be labelled as an outcast the moment they their 17th or 18th birthday!"

So announcing you are gay at 12 would have been fine but at 18 if you did the same thing people would not like it? sounds weird to me.

It does not seem like a statically significant amount of BLs act young in that way, at least no more or less than non BLs. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you just that we are all unique people regardless of us all being BLs.

different. Some BLs are also gay but most seem to be primarily or exclusively attracted to prepubescent boys. If that is the case with you than you are not a homosexual, you are by definition a pedophile or BL.

You mean all of a suddenly being attracted to adults? no I don't envision that happening.

No. I know a few people who do not cope well with change who are not BLs. It is a psychological issue that would be good to deal with at some point but is not related to being a BL.

First off it would be good if you cited where you found this information. From a scientific journal, a new article, or something else? From what I have read and experienced there is no definite explanation for pedophilia.

Once again we don't know for sure what causes pedophilia so we also don't know if it could be multiple reasons. I do know it is NOT due to doing sexual stuff while young because so many people have that experience and grow up not being a pedophile. Other than that I have heard numerous theories but none of them are perfect or have been proven.

I say don't worry about why you are what you are so much and think about what it means to be a BL. Think about what you will be and do and act like, etc those are questions you can think about and find your own answers to.
