As for God using you for something Great.... meh.... just be glad that your saved and your name is written in heaven, that is what is important.

I'm sorry, but I have to whole heartedly disagree on this one. If you lived your whole life and the only thing you managed to accomplish was to be saved, then your life was wasted; you were an utter failure.

At the end of your life, you should be able to answer positively for all the things God created you to do. If God created you to help start a church, you should be able to point to that church and say "here it is". If God created you to lead 200 people to Christ, you should be able to point to 200 people and say "here they are". If God created you to make a difference in the lives of 50 children, you should be able to point to 50 children and say "here they are". If all you managed to do with your life was be saved, then your life was wasted; you are like the servant who buried the talents and was cast out by the master and called a "wicked, lazy servant".

You need to strive to fulfill the purpose for which God created you. Doing any less is unacceptable.
