If it were for the purposes of coming out, I think I'd steer clear of any labels at all and just explain how I feel instead. In fact I know that's what I would do, since I have done it before...but that's a story for another time.

I think "boy attracted" or "boylover" are fine terms. But they leave out the girl lovers. What about a term that is inclusive of everyone who is attracted to children?
