It was a little hard following your post, but I think I got the general idea. The problem is that by merely viewing and having that video, you have broken the law, at least the law in the US. There have been instances here in the US where people who have reported child pornography have been arrested themselves. If you were not a pedophile and have absolutely nothing in your life that would cast any suspicion at all of you being a pedophile, you could probably report it with no harm coming to you. But if you ARE a pedophile, and I assume that by posting here that you are, there will surely be some things in your life that may not be illegal, but will point to you being a pedophile if someone looks hard enough with that in mind. And once law enforcement thinks you are a pedophile, they are going to burn you any way they can just to get you off the streets. So I think that it would be way too dengerous for you to report this. The danger might be worth it if it helps the boy, but I have my doubts. The boy would probably never be found. My advice is to pray for the boy, and get rid of any and all material that is even borderline illegal. And I wouldn't accept any more videos from this "friend."
