The fanciful claims of the creators of modern religions to provide a basis for their particular kink is entertaining to watch. However the only issue in the long term is what it offers about what after you are dead. It is the claim of Christianity that you are resurrected in a body to face the judgement of God, and your eternal status will be determined by your response to His grace.

Have you received God's mercy is, and remains, the major question that we all have to ask ourselves. The rest is window dressing...
