You say that the only difference between a pedophile and molester is one second, minute, day, and you wonder why I am offended? What if I were to accuse you of being one second, minute day, from being a rapist. After all, don't you admit to being atracted to women? And since you don't believe humans can restrain their desires, you must be a rapist, either now or in the near future. Yes? If you have bought into and accepted the label of a heterosexual, you must bear the judgemnt and fear attached to rapists. Yes?

Obviously, your assumptions are set in stone, and facts won't change them. You think the answer to pedophilia is for pedophiles to change. But when this proves to be impossible, what is your plan B? You don't have one because you refuse to even consider that your assumptions might be wrong. Just because you BELIEVE something to be true, doesn't mean it IS true. While I have always been more than willing to change my attractions, and am willing to do whatever it takes to be what God wants me to be, my "plan B" is to learn to live with this attraction, with God's help. I am not so arrogant as to assume that God will do whatever I want Him to do. He will do what He wants, and that's cool by me. I can only ask. He is always free to say no. After all, he said no to Paul, and I'm not even in Paul's league as far as being a good Christian is concerned. And no matter what you may think, I will stand before God unashamed when my time comes. I am far from perfect. But we Christian pedophiles are washed in the blood of Jesus, just like you rapists.........I mean heteros. ;)
