I think there is a lot of truth to David and Jonathon, and also Jesus and John. It would surprise me, actually, if David and Jonathon WEREN'T lovers, looking at the big picture. As for Jesus and John, well, John was probably about 15 during Jesus' ministry, and Jesus loved him very much. It could be a purely platonic love - at that time it was common for men to lay on each other while relaxing, etc. They probably at least did a lot of that.

The other ones you listed, though, are a bit of a stretch, or else are just family relationships.
