It hasn't been an easy raod for me, either, especially where sexuality is concerned. I'm not sure what duality means, so I guess I will have to do a little investigating. One thing that helped me to become a little more honest, at least with myself, God, and with a few select friends, was my battle with alcohol. I found that I had to be honest about that and all other aspects of my life if I were to stay sober. I had to be very, very careful about who I chose to be honest with, but that is where this forum has been a big help.
