I am a Masters student in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and I am doing some research on paedophilia, how it is different from child molestation (I am a firm believer that it is, but I keep this belief to myself to try not to earn the condemnation of my professors and fellow students) and how paedophiles can express their sexuality in a way that is truly loving and thus, fits closest to the terms used, such as boylove.

I believe that although paedophilia is the love of children (most assuredly, every child starts out in their childhood with a degree of paedophilia) that it is sadly linked to the act of child molestation, which is far from love and taints the public's view on paedophiles, no matter how good of people they may be.

Would you please enlighten me as to ways that a paedophile could express his childlove or be fulfilled with it - in an age that still rings loudly with bigotry and hate? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
