as soon as it gets a bit warmer I will begin to have a walk again for at least 15 Minutes each day. After work I really need that because I sit in the office for 8 hours.
And then the most important thing I have to do is getting more contact with people in this place, being so much alone as I am at the moment is bad for me.
What you write about nutrition is interesting, I didn't know that. I will eat more fish and green vegetables in the canteen where I allways have my lunch. They have a big choice of different meals and they allways have something with fish, also salads with oily fish.
I never thought about yoga and I don't know much about that. But I have heard that it helps people to relax and that's what I need. At the weekend I will look for websites about that.
