I used to believe that a YF was not something to be sought out but something that should appear magically. The fact is that early on, this is the way I ran into boys, it just happened. But I came to realize that it wasn't the only way and there was nothing about that way that made it better than any other. Thus I am now of the opinion that there is nothing wrong with seeking out a boy to have a relationship with. In fact, waiting around for one to magically appear is not a great idea.

If it's something you want and you know you can handle (without getting yourself into trouble or bringing harm to the boy), then I see it the same way I see everything else in life. If you want it, it's yours, you just have to go get it. So, go get it.
