It must have been sometime in the early 90's. I can't even remember the name of the programme now but it was one of those live shows where they have lots of people on with different views in front of an audience. The follow-up events I heard about in another programme some time later but they gave no details about a charge and I never heard anything more about it. I think the problem was that the man could not rule out the possibility of an offence in the future.
