Whilst these legalities do indeed seem ridiculous from a human point of view I really do wonder how God sees it.

Is watching a cartoon of a strip club scene the same kind of moral offence as actually going to a strip club?
Is stealing a car in a video game the same kind of moral offecnce that stealing a real car would be?

If you KNOW something is a fantasy and that you have NO INTENT WHATSOEVER to engage in such activity in the real world, is it sinful to enjoy it as a fantasy?
