Thanks, Robert, for sharing the scary legal opinions of idiots. What is truly scary is that this is basically an argument for thought control by the state.

Extend this illogic to almost anything else and you will see how ludicrous it is:

If I create a virtual dog and have it fight to the death with another virtual dog, that is a crime against the "universe of doghood" and, therefore, as illegal as actual dogfighting.

If I create a fast car on Need For Speed and race it at illegal speeds against other imaginary cars in that game, I am actually committing the same crime as one who races real cars illegally on our actual streets.

God help us all if laws based on this lunacy become real.
