I've had my ups and downs with lusting after boys also. One thing that I've found helps is to fill your life with other things. Often, my lustful times are when I have just too much time on my hands. Also, my lustful times seem to be when I'm low emotionally. I sometimes use fantasies of boys to give me comfort. So if you can fine other things that give you comfort, that would be a help.

This may sound redundant, but I also find it is a big help to focus more on Christian things. Going to church, reading the Bible, getting involved in a Bible study with friends, these are all things that focus my mind on what is good, instead of what is lustful. This is Biblical, since the Bible tells us to do exactly that, focus our minds on what is good and pure. Sorry, I don't know the scripture exactly. I can't remember for sure, but I think you said in the past you were't a Christian. If this is true, my last suggestions may not work as well for you. But don't despare. Even Christians don't find total deliverance from our lustful thoughts. It just gives us more to divert our minds back to where they should be. The other suggestions might help too.
