But where I live, it is perfectly illegal. And that is the point I am trying to make. A person would have to be sick or desperate as hell to try such a thing in light of the trouble it would bring him. I would never call your friend sick because he is obviously in no danger of being arrested for what he is doing. In other words, it isn't the act itself which is in question, it is the act in light of the possable (and in my country, very probable) consequences. It's like, "I think I need some money, hey, there's a nice bank right over there. I guess I'll go rob it! Nothing will happen to me...tra la la la." Wouldn't you call that just a little bit sick?
