I wonder why you would think there is such a strong call to celibacy for homosexuals and boylovers.

Why can't they do as Scriputre says and marry women and express their sexuality there?

I'm curious about your personal thoughts on that question.

I liked your post overall... certainly not one to lose sleep over me thinks. I am particularly interested in how you said, 'reality impinged on your fantasy'. I find this very much with my current yf. As much as the 'idea' of sexing a boy apeals to me... in the context of my 'real' relationship with him, I just can't be happy fantasising about him sexually. The idea just don't work for me on so many levels and our reality is so wonderful the thought of destroying it for sex is just abhorent to me. I have trouble even fantasising being affectionate with him (since in reality he's not an affectionate boy). I'd rather live with my unfulfilled longing to give him a hug than to "force" a fantasy of him to participate in something so out of his character for my own gratification.
