When my one and only YF, "L", made a few advances toward me, I decided to nip it in the bud right away and refused to go along with it. It was never anything we talked about, it was more along the lines of him putting his hands where they didn't belong and me getting up and walking away for a few minutes. I knew exactly what he wanted because I could see it in his face, but I just didn't go along with it. Then there was another time when he just came right out and said that he would do anything I wanted and that I could do anything I like with him. It was kind of an off-hand remark but I knew what he meant. I'm sure he guessed what it was that I liked sexually long before he ever tried to come right out and talk to me about it.

But I decided that that wasn't something that our relationship needed. And I am still very happy that I did to this day. We had a wonderful, loving relationship without sex, and I doubt that any kind of sex would have added anything to it at all as far as how we felt about one another. He loved me so much and I loved him so much...what did we need sex for? We had each other and that's all we really needed. So even though he tried a couple of times, I am sure we were both happier that it never happened. He turned out just fine, by the way...a perfectly "normal" heterosexual who, to my knowlege, is probably enjoying a good, healthy sex life.
