I agree with you except for your view of antis. I believe you are giving antis too much credit. The kind of antis that pervade the internet these days are not interested in helping children at all, they are interested in creating a fantasy world for themselves; a world in which they are powerful guardians of justice making a difference in the world by punishing the wicked. They are pathetic individuals with little control over their real lives who have found a means of feeling in control by carving out this fantasy land for themselves where they are heroic leaders who vanquish the evil ones. I don't believe modern antis care for children at all; if they did they would be out in the real world helping real children and not on the internet attempting to harass people they have never met.

A few years ago, antis tended to be grotesquely obese self-hating pedophiles. Today, antis are adults playing make believe. Do you really think they care about children? I don't.
