Love is not a sin not yours or anyone's. There is nothing inherantly wrong with the other couples you described that enjoyed their day together except the ones who are married and with someone else. They are lying and deceiving their spouse whom they promised to be with.

Some people would disagree with me but that does not make them correct, even if they are in the majority.
