Dear Lord,
I know l have done wrong in the past,. I am now in trouble with the police as you now. My family are so supportive of me. But l am so deppressed, and can not see any reason to go on. The shame of it, when it hits the papers, and what my family will have to do and put up with, all because of me.We will have to move house. I am affrad of my house being firebomed, my animals may get hurt. (been there once already)
I have promised myself to try and be good, and never do what l did again. But lord if you do not think l am capable of this, then as someone else has said take me now.
I do not think l can go on much longer, and sleeping tablets seem a good option.

Please help me
