You are right. In fact, years ago I got sober and stayed sober in an A.A. group that was a very good group. They were like me at the time, on the bottom rung of the social ladder and desperate. I have moved since then and the group that is available now isn't one that I like very much. However, I think I will start going anyways. I guess it all boils down to whether or not I want to recover, not whether or not I personally like the group. I have been reading the "Big Book" quite a bit every day and that is helping a lot too. As far as the music goes, I guess God made me a Bluesman for a good reason. Thank you for your reply and your prayers.
