You're among Christians who understand you here. Some of us have offended, been caught, and done prison time. Some of us have not. But we all know the temptations that you succumbed to; that's why we're here.

I'm sad you feel that the Salvation Army wouldn't be willing to welcome you now. ALL churches are places where sinners gather; we just happen to be sinners tempted in a different way to most people. So I'd encourage you to go and talk to your local Salvation Army leader, and see what they say.

I'm really pleased your mum and wife have stood by you; that's great. I hope you can grow in faith and find God real with them.
