yes you are welcome here, though I don't have much experience of GL.

God is in your life in the most simple of ways... "in Him we live and move and have our being" (Acts 17).

He's with you very intimately and knows exactly what you are going through in your life.

I don't believe God ever "frees" us from our sexuality. Rather He helps us to maintain self-control and live Godly lives no matter what it is we desire.

It is not, I believe, sinful to be attracted to children. If you are struggling with particular temptation to act on your attraction with a child then that is another matter. If that is the case you are best advised to seek help. I suggest starting out in the online CL community, here in particular, and see how you get on.
