At this point, the future of CBF is in question.

What has basically happened is that those people who were once keeping CBF going by: interacting with the ISP, making sure our hosting fees were paid, and handling all that other business stuff, abandoned the forum some time ago for personal reasons. I kept the forum side of things going by continuing to remove spam, register new users, ban trolls, etc. and I did some of the technical work, but ultimately the business side has caught up to us as bills have come due and deadlines have reached us. It's not that we can't afford the bills, it's that the people aren't in place who can move money around, make payments etc. I am not willing to sacrifice my anonymity and volunteer my bank accounts in order to do so, it's not what I signed up for when I agreed to be a moderator and I am basically the last moderator left.

If we go away indefinitely I would encourage those who find Christian bl fellowship to be beneficial to consider some other forums such as cjat which may be able to fill their needs.
