This chapter suggests that one of the greatest gifts of love we can give to others is time with our focused attention. As boylovers it can seem very easy to give boys our focused attention but perhaps harder to do so for the non-boys in our life. When does focused attention become more about self-gratification and less about love and how can we avoid that?
