Since I'm already out to my family and my boss and many, many of my friends... the risk is less for me.

But

There are very many people in my life to whom I'm not out and I really don't know if I want to take that risk. Once it's done however, what a doorway of oppertunity there would be to be a significant voice for BLs in the modern world.
