In Hosea,4:10-12 it seems to say because you have turned away from Me, to follow your heart's desire which is robbing my people of their senses!

You will actually eat, but will not get satisfied. You will take matters
into your own hands, for the very "spirit of Fornication has caused them to wander off from under their God. Also Hos.5:4=It's spiritual.
