You know with almost any other topic I have found James Dobson to be very learned and an exceptional speaker. But when it comes to human sexuality, especially homosexuality, he turns into this complete ignoramous (pardon my "french"). I wish he would stick to things he actually knows something about and leave all the sexual stuff alone. Or, better still, I wish he would do a lot more studying and maybe actually get to know some people who are gay and/or minor attracted. That would be better, I think. I wonder how many actual gays he knows in person? Probably none.

In fact, that is what bothers me the most about any of these people who speak out against gays, lesbians, etc. Do they ever even try to get to know a real, live gay person? I doubt it. You know, it's easy to say nasty things about people you don't personally know but it gets a lot more difficult when they become real to you.
