I wasn't trying to argue that the question was badly phrased, I was just making a point and asking my own question as well. Yes I understood what you meant, I just didn't really have an answer for your question, that's all. AND I thought it would be intersting to see what others might think about the difference between the possabilities of legalization verses decriminalization. I still think it would be interesting, actually, because I think that different things would happen if it were decriminalized instead of legalized.
