I hate to be so late into a topic for discussion but because of my schedual, I can't be in here as often as I like, or spend as much time here as I like. Today is a nice exception because I didn't have to work. Anyway, here is my thought. I am no expert in law, but I do know that there is a difference between legalization and decriminalization. To legalize something means just that, to make it legal, like the use of marijuana for example. Decriminalization reduces and reclassifies the penalties for the use of marijuana...or whatever. Personally I doubt if any of us will live to see the legalization of Adult/child sexual contact, but perhaps decriminalization is a possibility. I wonder how that would actually work out if it happened?
