I definitely concur with Chris that Robin, in all his incarnations as Batman's sidekick, was a hottie. Especially so in the longest running animated incarnation from the days on the WB when he was imagined as about the age of 12-14. He always wore skin-tight costumes, and lived with 2 older men. Lucky lucky Bruce Wayne and Alfred!

Timmy Turner from the Fairly Oddparents is kinda cute too, as is Jimmy Neutron.

In anime, Naruto is quite the hottie, with numerous occasions in the series to see him shirtless and less. Especially in the "Naruto - Shippuuden" series where he is 14-15y/o and is often hanging with his mentor, whom he calls "Ero Sannin" or the pervy sage. In Bleach, Ichigo is hot (many fantasies of Naruto w/ Ichigo) as is Ishida Uryu, and Jinta, the red-headed boy who works in Uruhara's shop. Oh, and I *can't* forget 10th Squad Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya! He's so dreamy.... about 11 years old in appearance, he's approaching 100 in reality...
