Just to take this hypothetical one step further.

Imagine time travel were possible. Would it then be criminal to go back in time and have a sexual experience with your own underage self?

Maybe my enquiry is too ridiculous to be worth answering, but it is just one step further along the question of how much should the "law" restrict or regulate what we do to our own selves.

I know that in Aussie, suicide is illegal. I suspect that they would want to make this illegal too.
