His claim that most sex is harmful for boys is an answer to the question of whether harm is the exception or the rule. He believes he knows the answer and the answer is that harm is the rule. I believe I don't know the answer because there isn't enough evidence either way.

This is exactly what I expressed in my post above, which you quoted on your very post.

"My claim is that I do not know whether harm is the exception or the rule. The person here claiming to have a definitive answer to that question is you, not me." That's what I said and you quoted and it fits and it is still correct according to what you just described.
