I see my yfs as peers but that is because I see myslef as a kid. So I don't lose sight of the fact that they are kids. In fact it is because they are kids that I relate so well to them and enjoy them so much.

I know how to be an adult when I need to be so I relate to adults as peers also. I really enjoy being able to move between the two groups... of course I favour the kids but I make a big effort to spend more time with the adult group.
