Temptation is not sinful, actions are. Being a bl is no more sinful than being straight is.

You are incorrect about every assumption you make in that post, including the one that says Christians have a duty to pray for God to do away with temptation. Christians have a duty to pray for the strength to overcome temptation, not to be free from temptation. God does not promise anyone that they will be free from temptation. As long as we live in a fallen world, there will always be temptation.
