People feel love.... you could say we are designed to feel it... to connect.

I know it can hurt... and hurt a lot.

But I think when it feels good... it makes up for it.
I wouldn't have life without it.

People are awesome. I love that I am so hunry to love them. It's not easy... but nothing worth having is easy.

"how many times does it work out?"
maybe your problem is your expectation that it should "work out". Why not just accept it for what it is and enjoy it while you have it. We very rarely get to choose how relationships will "work out".
