My humble apologies for being overly graphic. I considered that since it was just the retelling of a dream to which I'm sure most would relate there would be no "complications". Forgive my mistake. I shan't make it again.

For those who are considering an answer to my question, I wish to clarify in less complicated terms what was edited from my original description:
My Vampire dream turned into a sexual dream in which I was engaging with a young boy... an almost wet dream which woke me near to climax.
It is this sexual kind of dream I am asking about. The vampiric overtones are somewhat irrelevant to my question.
