Actually we have been going through quite a time at one of the more "protected" sites, Boymoment. It's always been clear that haters and anti's could register no matter what security steps were taken, but the sheltered atmosphere let a few people relax their guard considerably and post, for example, email and chat addresses that also led to their myspaces and other non-BL sites. Well, in the last few months a notoriously vicious wikisposure agent by the name of summerbreeze (see the corrupted-justice site for comments on her) has been clandestinely working through the posts and profiles and collecting info on those who had let it hang loose a little. Now the results are coming out, so there are a couple of new pages per week on various of our buddies, some of them with photos taken from myspaces along with other items of interest. It's nice in a way that the brownshirts would go to the trouble of compiling a family album for us - I'm not sure if they have any readership other than pedophiles - but in the cases where they managed to google email addresses til they found peoples' real names, they have done things like calling their parents and employers. There was one very fragile person who was nonetheless on the up-and-up -- someone who'd been badly abused sexually as a child and who swore that he would never have sex with a child himself, despite being BL -- who they wrote up as a sort of monster. A week later there he was online with us having taken a whack of sleeping pills... fortunately his bottle didn't quite contain a lethal amount.

So it's just as well that people know that what they publish on these boards is, in effect, public information.
