with your theory of how sexual orientation is formed is that it leaves genetics out entirely and so it means that all people of certain orientations would have a common experience. I have met and talked extensively with many many BLs and GLs and have yet to find anything like this. Despite Didaskalos's theory it does not seem to stand with the majority of BLs I know including myself.

The only answer that would maybe work for this dilemma is that the things that happen to form one's orientation happen so early in life we cannot remember them so maybe we all do have a similar experience we don't know about.

btw I think experiences DO create fetishes and smaller things related to orientation but not our actual orientation. ie Genetics makes us into BLs but environment will give us a boy foot fetish or make us prefer a certain ethnicity or something like that.
