If you can't tell us here my suggestion is GET RID of yer GUILT by going down the local police station & confessing (if it was a physical offence).

Please do not offer legal counsel on any pending case unless and until you have been accredited by the bar of any jurisdiction in which you presume to act as a person's attorney, with all the attendant responsibilities.
