Bro... if you are attracted to women I don't know why you'd even hesitate to go after a relationship with one.

I mean... get some female friendships happening... test the waters to see how you get on with them. Boys offer no hope for any kind of lasting relationship of the kind we really desire.... If you have options TAKE THEM .

Any kind of same age friendship has to be better than sitting around feeling sorry for yourself.

We can't have the relatioships we most desire with boys... the sooner we accept that and let it go the better I think. And the better we will relate to the boys in our life too I would wager, cause we will care for them for their own sake rather than what WE want out of the relatioship.
