I do find it strange that even though they have all this information on internet crimes, they do nothing about it.
I guess it is because they want people to believe they aren't really looking into it. But you'd have to be an idiot to believe that.

It's just not lucrative for them to bust every single deviant on earth, jails aren't big enough. So they just focus on terrorists.
But, doesn't change the fact that they know everything that happens online, TOR does nothing to help anyone hide either.
