Personally, I would advise against it. If you get a job working with youth, you won't be able to pick and choose who you work with. Your favortism will be quite evident to the boys you don't find attractive (and from your description, that will be quite a few). This will hurt their feelings and maybe lower their self esteem. Your favoritism will also be evident to your bosses, which wouldn't do much for your career.
