Thanks for the recommendation, I haven't heard about that kind of glasses before. I will go to an optometrist and ask if they are also available in Germany. That way I might be able to concentrate for a longer period of time at work.

At the moment I use an LCD monitor at home but I should really look how much CRT monitors are, that would be better for my eyes.
