Thanks for mentioning the psalm that helps you.

I just looked it up for the first time (I'm not that good, as far as Christianity goes), and... it soooo just helped me, reading it for the first time, with what I've been going through the past few days.

Though this afternoon I had a great time hanging out with a boy I care about greatly - I can't deny that - otherwise these past few days have been like... horrible in every single aspect of my life, and super stressful. As a usually emotionless individual, it had me crying out last night, and feeling that somehow it might be worth it to hurt myself or others, until I gave up and took some sleeping pills.

Now time's let that pass somewhile, and though it continued through today, I got to make some sense of it.

Thanks again for the psalm - great uplifting passage.
