I've seen several episodes of it. One that I saw the previews for but didn't actually see had a teenage male (about 15 or 16 years old) being tutored with school work in a public place (maybe a library) by a good looking woman. The woman would start being really really flirtatious with the teen, and the point was to see what the people in the library would do, if anything.
