Hi Admins,

Any chance of having some type of "sticky" post, or a prominent link in the header, providing some details on how to stay safe in a forum like this. Similar issues come up time and time again when new people join, and it seems it might make sense to preempt all of that by providing some "Before you post here, read this!" info.
