I think you are right about that, and it is really sad. I think Eric feels the same way because he dosen't perform that song in concert any more. I heard him say so in an interview. He said it is because he just kind of "out-grew" the song and it doesn't really fit into his set list any more; but I wonder if maybe he just got a little sick of it's popularity. He said he still loves the song, and always will, but he just wants to go on with his life. I saw him in concert a few years ago and it was such a great show. And he didn't do "Tears in Heaven", either.
