Basic to protestantism is "the priesthood of all believers." "Whenever two or more are gathered in my name" doesn't necessarily require authority. Not that this quotation entails a church, as cbf itself illustrates. But believers may come together and form a church.

As for sacraments, they are material or gestural and require geographic proximity. I would be only too pleased to help found a physical church aimed at providing an MCC-like environment for boylovers and their friends and families (and anyone else who feels God inspires them to participate) but the closest Christian boylover I know lives an hour's drive away, and then next ones a state away.
